1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify:
Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Item must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Custom-made products (custom measurements, finishes, or designs)
Used or installed BBQ equipment or steel products
Sale or clearance items
Digital products
Gift cards
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damage/defect
A brief description
We will review the claim and determine whether a repair, replacement, or partial refund is appropriate.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing usually takes 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in the case of:
Receiving the wrong item
If the wrong item was sent, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.
